Working with Prof. Nico Schuck and Dr. Lennart Wittkuhn on a joint fMRI-MEG replay detection project.

In my PhD I'm researching novel methods of discovering memory reactivation in humans using machine learning and MEG data.

My Master's at the Donders Institute in Nijmegen gave me the chance to learn about the state of the art of the intersection of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Neuroscience.

During my Erasmus semester in Grenoble, France, I followed courses in computer vision, machine learning and visual intelligence.

I have a broad background in Cognitive Science with focus on Neuroscience, Artificial Intelligence, Psychology and Philosophy of Mind.

As Head of Algorithms I was in charge of creating a machine learning classifier that is able to classify sleep stages from a single channel EEG setup.

Working at Momala, we tried to establish digital tools to combat Malaria by creating an Artificial Intelligence that can detect and classify Malaria parasites. Being a small start-up, I was involved in all stages of the development.

I applied and supervised sleep recordings (polysomnography) in a clinical setting.
